Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Handle assigned brand operations.
  • Acquire the prescription from the patient through email/Viber/WhatsApp and record it.
  • Pharmacist need to check the prescription note for all direct patients of Oncology & lifesaving drugs before issuing commercial invoice.
  • Coordinate with the RA Manager/ Medical Manager or doctors who prescribe in case of a doctor's bad handwriting on the prescription. May also have to coordinate with the prescriber if needed.
  • Receive and record patients’ prescriptions.
  • Process orders on SAP and generate DO.
  • Coordinate with SCM in case of delivery issues.
  • Deliver messages to existing patients under campaigns run by clients, if & when required.
  • Conduct surveys with patients for Market intelligence whenever required.
  • Receive the orders from customers, clients(suppliers) and DKSH sales representatives.
  • Follow up on the client’s proposal to enhance customer relations.
  • Compile and prompt responses or provide feedback to the customers or suppliers with the respective department’s reasons within KPIs.
  • Review the pending orders and reject orders daily by reason.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline (B. Pharm are preferable)
  • Minimum 1 or 2 years experience in the Pharma industry. (Also experience in a Hospital or Clinic environment are more preferred)
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications.
  • Good command of English (both spoken and written)
