Job Purpose

Digital customer experience to support the service & product through digital platforms such as Facebook, Messenger, Consumer Mail, Viber and so on.  

Voice of customer data is a research strategy aimed to help and discover what our customers think of business, product or service.

  • Customer satisfaction from support channel 

  • Support MKT campaign on social 

 

Job Description

  • Respond rate to be maintain for all digital support channel
  • Voice of customer analysis for service department
  • Manage and oversee all the social channel
  • Work closely with the marketing team for requirement and marketing campaigns on the social media
  • Vendor management and social tool monitoring

Job Requirements

  • Any Degree holder
  • Must have 3 to 4 years in customer experience field mainly in Digital platform
  • Must have experienced in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of moblie money product.
  • Good communication and presentation skills (fluent in English, speaking and writing)
  • Result-oriented with initiative and strong drive.
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and be fast in response to ad-hoc requests.
  • Be able to work independently and willing to co-ordinate with other team colleagues.
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, power point).
