Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

· Proactively reach out to new and first-time  users and explain about the product such as how it works

· Respond incoming customer inquiries,   complaints, and requests promptly

· Document customer interactions and forward the   information to respective teams

· Explain simply and clearly in response to   customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance 

· Recommend services or make suggestions for   improvements by identifying relevant features of the product 

· Assist customers by demonstrating the use of   product/program and answering any questions they may have

· Map and continuously improve customer journey   by maintaining an updated knowledge of the products, services, and customer   feedback 

· Establish and maintain good rapport with   customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs

· Produce weekly/monthly content for marketing communication using insights from the information gathered through the customer interactions

Job Requirements

· 2+ years of previous customer service   experience is a plus

· Excellent communication and presentation   skills

· Organizational and time-management skills for   meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Friendly and welcoming manners with clients   and other members of the customer solutions and marketing team

· Ability to explain complex concepts in a   clear, simple manners to customers 

· Strong command of written and verbal English   and Burmese language skills

· Ability to maintain a clam and polite manner   in stressful situations 

· Willingness to cooperate with customers and   management to resolve any issues that may arise
