Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • The role holder will give the list of customers who are non-contactable and PTP Broken to the super agents.
  • The role holder will check the feedback from the super agents who negotiated with the customers.
  • The role holder will supervise super agents on a daily basis.
  • The Customer Service Agent Leader will send a report to the management on the performance of the agents on a daily/ monthly basis.
  • Visit the customer at the address given by the KBZ.
  • Obtain and verify customer’s personal information – home address, business address, personal mobile, office phone number.
  • Notify the customer regarding their latest loan and payment status.
  • Advise customer on the various payment methods available and provide relevant phone numbers provided by the KBZ for issue and/or dispute resolution.
  • Provide KBZ’s product information to customers through brochures and/or any other type of KBZ approved marketing material.
  • Follow the code of conduct for super agents

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Good communication skill for both verbal and written
  • Understand the knowledge of banking’s credit operation
  • Be able to work independently as well as working as team
  • Sense of responsibility and high compliance
  • At least 3 years working experience in similar capacity in supporting the Head of Credit and well versed with general principles of lending and credit analysis & credit monitoring
