The Customer Service Assistant Manager is responsible for providing a productive and motivating working environment, and addressing any issues/disputes from customers or clients. A Customer Service Assistant Manager Job description generally includes:
    Managing customers’ accounts
    Creating a reliable customer loyalty program
    Maintaining relationships with profitable customers
    Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
    Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
    To coach service staffs to deliver exceptional customer service.
    Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
    Build a strong team and shape staff behaviors to accomplish desired results.
    Ensures that representatives are informed about changes to company products and services.
    Prepares monthly reports summarizing the assigned customer service team’s performance.
    Hire, train, and terminate customer service agents.
    Assists with budget preparation for the Customer Service department.
    Performing additional duties where needed.
    Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys

Job Requirements

    Any Bachelor’s degree or related.
    Work with management on customer service initiatives.
    3+ years of work experience in a similar position.
    Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
    Ability to coach and mentor customer service representatives.
    Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    The ability to maintain calm under pressure
    A thorough knowledge of the product or service the company they work for is offering
    Efficiency and organizational skills
    Administrative skills
    Computer literacy in order to type up reports, results and details of customer interaction
