Customer Service Associate (Pharmacy - Medical)

The role holder is responsible for managing customer queries and complaints. S/he will address customers’ queries in a calm manner and help guide them in making product choices and resolving issues. The role holder will be the link between marketing and operation teams ensuring that products that are supplied undergo QA and have the correct descriptions, delivery procedures and customer care protocols in place.
