Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Clubhouse Attendant is responsible for supervising , interacting with and attending to the clubhouse members needs, greeting members and checking and cleaning equipment for functionality and cleanliness.

  • Maintain cleanliness of the Clubhouse.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and friendly environment of the Clubhouse.
  • Responsible for the overall safety of the Clubhouse.
  • Willing to communicate concerns and updates to Property Manager in a tactful and discrete manner.
  • Respond quickly to customer complaints or inquiries.
  • Notify the Property Manager of situations regarding the operation of the program such as broken equipment, facility damages, disciplinary concerns and participant concerns.
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment. Report needed items to Property Manager.
  • Ability to understand and carry out verbal and/or written instructions efficiently and effectively and to read and understand printed material.
  • Report any problems which arise with participants or employees to the Property Manager.
  • Respond to emergencies inside the Clubhouse and surrounding areas.
  • Available to substitute shifts as needed.
  • Ability to be firm with participants when necessary, enforce rules& regulation, and make sound decisions in order to secure the safety and well‐being of all participants, facilities, and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to safety and risk management. Report all accident/incident.
  • Must have ability to deal with people under stressful situations.
  • Must be in good physical shape.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Prefer CPR/AED/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certifications within 3 months of hire.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to follow written and oral directions.
  • Can work two shift assign ( 7;00 AM to 4:00 PM) and ( 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM)
