Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Daily receive Sales Orders from the system
  • Check and get confirmation from customers on date and time of delivery
  • Plan and arrange the transportation
  • Prepare Delivery Documents and pass on orders to the warehouses for delivery
  • Follow up with delivery partners to insure the customers receiving their orders on time in full
  • Coordinate with inside teams and outside partners to solve any arising problems related to the delivery to customers
  • Make daily & weekly reports
  • Keep delivery records and monitor pending shipments
  • Other tasks as assigned by Logistics & Warehouse Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 1 year experience in order management, transportation
  • Proficiency in using computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Willing to learn and work hard to grow within the company
  • English is a must
