* Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases and billings. * To manage and attend to customer inquiries and questions, sales administration and provide marketing support, by interacting and engaging positively with customers by phone, social media platforms etc., reply to comments posted to the company's social media platforms, to recommend products and services to fit their needs. * Handles customer issues, appointment bookings, and follow up appointments. * Builds and maintains relationships with customers and set up new customer accounts. * Work closely with digital design Team in creating engaging & creative content for social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc.) to maintain the Company’s digital presence and drive positive engagement with followers.

Job Requirements
* Possess 10th standard or Degree holder * A year of customer service experience would be beneficial.* Solid customer service skills & good communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, such as Viber, Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, etc.* Good written and spoken language commands in English and Burmese. * Able to work and interact well with both internal and external parties.* Interest in marketing/digital marketing.* Must be a team player.
