Handles customer enquiries via phone calls/ email/ Viber and maintaining efficient service standard to customers.
To manage and follow up for enquiries/complaints/feedbacks promptly and professionally.
Follow up on complaints and liaise with relevant internal parties on technical civil works and commercial works
Responsible to follow up for daily operation of technical staff and to ensure the facility operations are delivered and met the client’s expectations
Manage and develop team members to provide quality service and good work performance
Ensure that works are in strict accordance with operating instructions
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Property Management or , law, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial operations and real estate sector
Organized, independent and can multi-task.
Friendly and pleasant disposition
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to work under pressure & independently
able to speak in english
