You are responsible to monitoring daily operational tasks for incoming shipments and ensuring consistent quality of the works done, assist Department Manager in order to achieve business growth assigned by the company.
Main task is related to Import operations, daily system activities and deal with shipping line and customers and vendors. You will cover for Export when needed.Your Responsibilities;• Solve daily operation problems either internally or externally caused• Ensure 100% compliance of the T&T event/data accuracy• Comply with company’s ISO standards requirement• Control shipment expense and maximize profit• Ensure billings are issued within 2 working days after vessel arrival• Ensure month end accrual and ensure accuracy and least variation• Make sure to be clearly understand customer’s SOP as well as own SOP• Coordinate and help provide full support to sales team for any customer’s requirements• Ensure compliance of the department KPIs set up• Ensure and control of the completion of Data Quality, Customer Implementation• Deal with customer compliant, and Claim• Expertise on Customs Clearance Process• Ensure proper closing each shipment• Other assignments by Superior• Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Standards.

Job Requirements
• Degree holder in any field• Minimum 3 years in customer service for ocean freight (Import & Export)• Good command of English both writing and speaking• Computer literacy (excel, power point, words, email, etc)• Good team player• Problem solving skills• Work well under pressure• Challenging (well accepting changes)
