Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support Executive will train and support clients to use piti mobile app.
  • Communicating with customer to ensure correct onboarding.
  • Manage customer relationship and solve customer queries.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
  • Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via phone, chat, social media and other online platforms.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least 3 years working experience
  • Any graduated  Prefer Graduated from  Computer Science (Interest in Sale field)
  • Fluent in Burmese and fair in English
  • Good communication skill with pleasant personality
  • Possess customer-focused mindset
  • Positive attitude towards works and good time management.
  • Comfortable using computers.
