Founded in 2018, Mogozay has a unique desktop and mobile app designed for users in Myanmar. At Mogozay, we are collaborative, fast paced and you will get an opportunity to build and achieve pioneering status in a new internet venture in Myanmar.

  • Basic Management Duties; Shift scheduling, duty delegation etc, basic HR
  • Check all lines of CSO communication and ensure CSO is using correct format for reply, ensure all enquiries are replied in a timely manner, and ensure highest possible customer satisfaction.
  • Implement new & maintain and enforce current SOP for CSO team
  • Track and analyse customer data by using Google Sheets and excel formats provided (Basic training will be given)
  • Make daily contact with Singapore side management (in English)
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Resolving errors and delays which will be reported to you by team members
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure smooth operation and communication flow
  • Working Hours: Office Hours 10am – 7pm 
  • Weekend and public holiday available to work from home, but must be attentive to CSO group and Management chats to prevent delays and/or handle customer complaints

Job Requirements

  • Experience as Senior CS Officer, or CS Manager
  • Fair Command of English (4 Skills)
  • Excellent Command Myanmar (4 Skills)
  • Computer Literate (Be familiar with Excel/Google Sheets, Facebook, Email, Other various applications)
  • Knowledge or Experience in Online Shopping
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills.
