Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Mainly handle end-to-end process of Freight Forwarding and Logistics(Import/Export) shipments for existing clients and new clients’ enquiry.

• Job filling in system and request Job reference with Finance.

• Response e-mail on time the update status of customers’ inquiry and shipments.

• Checking the required documents. Co-ordinate with customer and in-house team to ensure the data accuracy on shipping documents and the requirements to be smooth operation process.

• Co-operate with cross department for work plan to meet customers’ requirements and satisfactions within deadline.

• Follow up in each step of shipment progress with operation team and keep the update to customers in time.

• Manage to ensure all clearance process to meet customers’ requirements within deadline.

• Prepare the work plan and cashflow forecast plan.

• Prepare POD and follow up the transportation process for on time delivery.

• Follow up and report job completion status to each customer for each shipment via phone, email, viber.

• Scanning and job filling all related documents for each job in accordance with clients’ requirements.

• Invoicing to customers and arrange vendor payment within timeline.

• Follow up the overdue payment with customer if needed.

• Find the root cause, Design the creative solution and problem solving in each issue and if needed, co-operate, and take the advice from line manager.

• Reporting the daily jobs execution plan, weekly report, and monthly report to line manager.

• Maintain customer relationship, develop customer satisfaction and coordinate with the team to set up proper operation strategy on a steady basis.

• Participate in team collaboration and support to team member if needed.

• Sale call, Sale visit and join customer meeting if needed.

• Prepare the quotation for the new business from not only existing customers but also new customers.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate and other related qualifications of Logistics and Freight Forwarding Sector

• Minimum 2 Years working experience in Logistics and Freight Forwarding Sector

• Deep knowledge the end-to-end process of customs clearance process in all Mode of Transport

• Customer-centric mindset is required

• Good command of Chinese/English 4 skills (Especially Chinese)

• Good skill of computer

• Team player

• Able to work under pressures in any challenging situations
