  • Answer and respond customer service phone calls timely
  • Provide onsite supports and online customer services
  • Provide solutions to the customers’ issues and problems effectively
  • Provide necessary trainings and after-sales service
  • Registration and recording of customer service records
  • Responsible for successful implementation of application software
