Summary 

Our Property Management Company, Vesta Property Management Company Limited is now looking for high caliber candidates for the Customer Relationship Manager as acting on behalf of the company, so it is paramount that Customer Relationship Manager knows and understand the Company values and always act in professional manner and aligns with that of the Company.

  • Representing TCB to communication with customers or potential customers;
  • Listen to customers’ or potential customers’ concerns, issues and questions;
  • Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ or potential customers’ questions to her best ability;
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer’s complaints;
  • Collect and response the potential customers’ request and understanding their concerns;
  • Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers and potential customers;
  • Attract customers by promoting the TCB positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise;
  • Delegating certain customer enquiries to specific internal teams (Engineering, Housekeeping, Security team, Pest control) to recommended possible solutions to meet the customers’ or potential customers’ needs;
  • Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails;
  • Managing customers’ accounts;
  • Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken;
  • Communicating with internal teams to discussion of sales and marketing targets;
  • Prepare customer reports for individual shops by gathering data collection during customer interactions. &
  • Reporting back on results.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Burmese language;
  • The ability to maintain calm under pressure;
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience for luxury retails on managerial role on customer relationship;
  • A thorough knowledge of the facilities and services the company they work for is offering;
  • Efficiency and organizational skills;
  • Track record working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, working proactively and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Computer literacy in order to type up reports and details to customer interaction; &
  • Candidate with less experience could be considered as Deputy Customer Relationship Manager.
