Develop and maintain the customer relationship
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions for customer satisfactory or inform senior assistant and supervisor
Assist customers to onboard the KBZPay and disseminate the awareness of inclusive product services and related security features
To assist and offer with customer’s needs on KBZPay’s services and other banking Non-Financial services such as Mortgage, Mobile Banking application, etc.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Report to senior assistant and supervisor if situations (health of customers, employees, or other specious situations) are unusual.
Able to be relocated / reassigned to other KBZPay centers when necessary within same region
