  • Manage customer queries and complaints
  • Process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels
  • Perform well in this role the hired person needs to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Be able to get knowledge MDG products inside and out to answer questions
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching and resolving customer issues

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated, economic or business relaed preferred
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
