Job Summary
Join a friendly education center in Kamaryut, Yangon, as a Front Office team member supporting daily customer service and administrative operations. You will help create a welcoming experience for students and parents while ensuring smooth front desk coordination.

Key Responsibilities
● Welcome visitors, students, and parents warmly and respond to inquiries professionally.
● Handle front desk communication, calls, messages, and basic service support accurately.
● Assist with daily office tasks, scheduling, and coordination of center activities.
● Maintain a neat, organized reception area and ensure a positive customer experience.
● Support staff with administrative duties and follow center policies and procedures.
● Record and update customer information while keeping confidentiality and accuracy.

Job Requirements

● Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior customer service or front office experience is an advantage.
● Strong communication skills in English and Burmese, with a polite and helpful attitude.
● Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with students, parents, and colleagues.
● Basic computer skills, including MS Office and routine administrative tasks.
● Well-groomed, responsible, punctual, and able to handle a busy front desk environment.
● A positive mindset, willingness to learn, and commitment to excellent service.
