Job Requirements

  1. Any Bachelor Degree holder
  2. Preferably 2 (or) 4 yrs experienced in Customer Service or equivalent.
  3. Able to work under pressure and can multi-task effectively
  4. Help customers with questions, problems and complaints on phone.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and all other programming.
