2. To solve problems for users in a timely and accurate manner;
3. Accurate judgment and definition of communication results to provide users with professional and satisfactory consulting services;
4. Customer qualification review;
5. Visiting customers, registered customers allocation and entry;
6. Other work items arranged by the leadership.

Job Requirements
1. Full-time college degree or above;
2. Have certain language skills and communication skills, English is preferred;
3. Strong team consciousness, customer service consciousness, strong pressure ability;
4. Experience in the Internet industry is preferred.
