Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Negotiations with supplier for product specifications and price.  

  • Arrange with supplier for product specifications and purchasing processing. (PO, Ship List, Pallet of goods arrangement in container).  

  • Monitoring order process and arrange shipment in time. 

  • While receiving goods, product status (good /damage) to reply and feedback to supplier. 

  • Maintain good relationship and network connections among team member, suppliers, Sales and Marketing, operations, finance and other related parties . 

  • Enter data and records detail to ERP Software for data analysis.   

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Software usage.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in the related area. 
  • Ability to thrive effectively under pressure. 
  • Language knowledge (English: 4 skills).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
