A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for handling customer lines communication work, computer room dynamic ring equipment and other business report failure tracking according to the process,also including maintenance cutover and other follow-up work.
  • Daily communication and feedback to the main responsible customers. 
  • Report and deal with customer escalated incidents in a timely manner. 
  • It is necessary to keep the mobile phone unobstructed on weekends and  holidays, and be able to respond and give feedback to responsible customers in a timely manner.

  • Bechalor degree in EC,IT and related fields.
  • Profiency in chinese and English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office
