To lead, manage and oversee the customer service team (Call centre) in providing superb customer service and resolving issues or complaints.To maintain customer satisfaction in providing required information of our Immunization Centre. Job Description• Supervise and lead the customer service team (Call Centre)• Provide general information to customer clearly and action oriented to meet customer’s needs and wants• Manage handling the customer complaints and able to work under pressure • Excellent personality in Teleperformance and excellent call center servicing• Oversee Report/ Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Issues• Interacting with a wide variety of people both staff and member of the public, is essential• Manage software/system to deal with customers and oversee the daily customer’s data in an excel format• Have to communicate with related departments upon issue• Coordinate and perform other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements
• Any Graduate (Medical related degrees preferred)• At least 3-year experience of supervisory level in the customer service support field• Prefer understanding of office procedures• Must be flexible and can work under pressure• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Excellent customer service with compassion and empathy• Must have good typing in both Myanmar and English Typing
