岗位职责：

• 通过实时聊天渠道为客户提供支持和解决方案。
• 通过提供有关产品和服务的正确信息来终止客户查询，或获得投诉的详细信息。
• 练习并负责处理客户的财务交易，例如存款，取款，转账，汇票和支票。
• 职责还可能包括了解柜员系统和政策的来龙去脉； 接听电话，提交存款单和文书工作，在一天结束时管理余额。

Job Description:

• Provide support and solution to customer via live chat channel.
• 通过聊天室为客户提供支持和解决方案。
• Attend customer inquiry by providing correct information about the services, obtain details of complaints.

• Practice and responsible for handling customer financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, and checking.

• Duties also may include know the ins and outs of the teller systems and policies; responding, filing deposit slips and report, managing balancing numbers at the end of the day.

需具备条件：

• 必须至少中学毕业，有中文读写拼音技巧，或相关文凭或同等以上学历。（有相关工作经验者占优势）

• 打字速度快，需熟悉中文输入法于文书处理。
• 熟悉 MICROSOFT OFFICE 等软件，基本电脑操作知识，尤其是 EXCEL。
• 有责任心，耐心以及良好的团队精神和合作意识。

Skills needed:

• 中文读写；拼音打字一分钟35个字以上。
• 候选人必须19-35岁，中学毕业。
