Job Description

  • Develop wallet customer lifecycle stages and create strategic initiatives for each stage of the customer journey including onboarding, engagement and retention
  • Create and refine effective programs and campaigns that leverage tenure and customer behavior data, and include a mix of triggered, targeted and broad educational campaigns
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and make a deep analysis to Identify customer’s lifecycle and behavior

  • Must have knowledge in SQL and product marketing
