Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

- In charge of customer service and sales to customers (shipping companies and container cargo owners)

- Identify any issues regarding container shipment proactively and provide consultation to customers

- Provide information & solution based with experience & knowledge for inquiries from customers

- Fully responsible to develop new customers and maintain them through frequent communication and visit

- Build strong relationships with customers

- Regularly create value added conversations with customers to uncover business opportunities

- Conducting business reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with after sale services

- Prepare attractive presentation materials provide persuasive presentations

- Analyze container handling data and other statistics and propose strategy to the management

- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

- Must have over 5  years working experience in Sales or Customer Service field in logistics company or port terminal

- Able to negotiate with customers strongly and affirmatively keeping the customer comfortable

- Must have knowledge of terminal and shipping in details

Working hours : Mon ~ Fri : 8:00am ~ 5:00 pm
Sat : 8:00am ~ 12:00pm

Monday ~ Friday, Saturday
