Designing appropriate methods of compliance measurement.
Managing pipeline PCI-DSS and SWIFT Customer security controls framework of compliance and assurance activities.
Performing IT security audits and assessments of IT systems and networks.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, prevailing IT security policies, and industry best practices.
Providing regular reporting on planning activities, compliance status, and remediation efforts. Performing penetration tests on applications, networks, and servers.
Communicating findings and recommendations of audits, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, digital forensic investigations, and other risk management activities to senior management and key stakeholders.
Improve knowledge and understanding of techniques to be used in the protection of information security in the bank.
Investigation of Information Security Incidents that may potentially cause a security breach within the Bank.
Responsible for InfoSec GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) functions.
Enforcement of compliance with the Information Security Policies (ISP).
Maintain and explain the Information Security Policies of the Bank.

Job Requirements

Degree in computer science or a technology-related field.
Professional information security certification.
Experience in an information security role.
Solid knowledge of various information security frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measures.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of five years of experience in risk management, information security, and compliance.
Knowledge of information security management frameworks, such as CIS, ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST.
Experience in Time Management and Budget management.
Outstanding negotiation skills for negotiation contracts and IT support services to be rendered.
Excellent understanding of current legislation and regulations relevant to our organization.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
