• Overall responsibility for front, middle and back-office Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing Technology
• Ensuring the Group is at the forefront of Data Analytics and Machine Learning in Myanmar – driving customer-centric, data-driven innovation and working alongside senior management to meet the current and future needs of the business
• Supporting the execution of the company’s fintech strategy through harnessing existing and new data to generate automated, actionable business insights
• Identifying new opportunities internally to improve revenue performance, customer experience and reduce risk with machine learning
• Reducing operational expenditure throughout the business by locating cost inefficiencies
• Cultivating new business partnerships to grow our Data Analytics and Machine Learning initiatives
• Build awareness of the importance of fintech Data Analytics and Machine Learning technology throughout the company
• Building a cohesive data strategy that enables deep learning technologies
• Develop user-friendly, actionable dashboards and reporting tools with visualizations and storyboard for user teams

•    Educational background in quantitative fields such as economics, mathematics, computer science, statistics or similar
•    Deep Understanding of Database Systems and comfortable writing SQL scripts
•    Experience with data visualization and ETL tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, D3.js, QlikView, etc.) strongly preferred. 
•    Programming experience in Python, R, Scala, Java or equivalent
•    Experience in the machine learning field, working with or building A.I.-based solutions strongly preferred
•    Motivated and driven professional who is excited to take on new challenges and not afraid to learn new skills
•    Eager to work long term and closely with a wider team implementing the Group’s fintech strategy in Myanmar
•    Strong presentation and communication skills targeted at both senior management and junior employees
•    Fluency in Myanmar and English.
