JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all aspects of the critical physical infrastructure of all data centers commissioned by the organization. Ensure that all works performed within the data centers are done with high quality and without impact to internal/external customers
• Lead and develop data center team with a broad set of responsibilities; manage tactical and strategic activities with focus on continuous improvement
• Engage in improvement projects, often requiring reaching out to a variety of third-party vendors and internal support teams, and deliver the projects in predetermined time line without compromising quality
• Manage the operations budget and expenditures of data centers in efficient ways
• Establish and enforce processes and policies related to data center management
• Prepare routine checklists and monitoring procedures, ensure all predetermined checking and monitoring activities are performed regularly and review the results periodically
• Identify and respond to any issues within the data centers and manage the investigation, mitigation, and recovery of the issues in compliance with the predetermined SLA
• Develop and maintain proper documentation for data center management
• Perform capacity planning and project management related to data center facility operation.
• Follow data center technology trends, research and suggest new technologies
• Contribute toward excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment

• BSc in Computer Science or Information Systems, or related work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of generators, UPS systems and power distribution systems
• Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, CCTV systems, fire suppression systems and door access control systems
• Experience in managing enterprise level data center
• Experience in networking and IT technologies
