Data Center Technician (Technology, Data & Information Department)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for VPN and WAN network, Load balancer, users firewall, branch firewall and routers.
• Solving daily operation issues in Firewall for adding, requesting for Users’ INTERNET Service and URL Traffic. Maintaining PA firewall as per requirements from different business units and security policies.
• Deploy and maintain VPN tunnelling with branches network and troubleshooting related issues.
• Deploy and Maintain connectivity with vendors, third parties network.
• Collecting alert and monitoring for production network devices.
• Check and Maintain WAN link performance and fix problem.
• Creating new policies, port forwarding, redirect http to https services at Web Firewall.
• Responsible for firewall for ATMs, Visa-Master links, partner services (Telenor, MPT, UPI) VPN connections and policies tuning
• Assisting all operational process of network infra team as per management’s assignment.
• Responsible for resolving daily network issues related with core network, HO users network as per requirement. 

Requirements

• B.C.Tech / B.E (IT) / Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other relevant academic backgrounds (diploma/certificates in networking field and CWNA/CCNA and CCNP is preferable!)
• Have at least 3~5 years of working experience in related fields (Experience in IT industry and  Enterprise IT Infrastructure is preferable!)
• Ability to handling variety of challenging daily operation problems
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• A team player with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
• Good command in English & Computer literate
