- The primary purpose of this role is designing and creating the required data model and reports along with all related extraction, transformation and load of data to the data warehouse DB. The successful candidate will turn data into information, providing insights that will enable management to make data-driven business decisions.

- Analyzing, gathering, processing of data as well as translating it into compelling graphic and clear native. Uses different data warehousing concepts to build a data warehouse for internal departments of the organization. It will include extracting the data from core system, filling the data warehouse system, and testing the transformation job upon completion and generating various reports and analytics out of the data.

• Understand business and technology requirements and translate them into data requirements
• Work closely with business team, operation team and technology team
• Deliver data acquisition, transformation, cleansing, conversion, compression and loading of data into a variety of data models
• Work on normalization and performance tuning of analytics processes
• Develop scripts to maintain and monitor data quality of databases
• Ability to source data from multiple system and sources using tools such as SQL scripts and Power BI.
• Monitor execution of BI/Analytics application process
• Extract the data from core system, multi database and transferring it into the new warehousing environment and generate reports in Temenos Insights.
• Be proactive within organization to provide input/opinion to internal stakeholder of BI system capability and  to improve efficiency and effectiveness of organization operation

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics
• At least 4 to 6 year of experience in data analysis and business intelligence reporting
• Experience in Temenos insights and its various ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge and experience with data modeling, database design, complex SQL queries and query optimization is a must
• Good understanding of statistical analysis
• Ability to analyze organization big picture data needs
• Demonstrated data trend analysis experience
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
• Flexible and available for a regular work and non-regular work (evening and weekends) schedule as needed
• Good inter-personal skills, proactive, self-motivated, cross-functional interaction, can do attitude and efficient communications both English and Myanmar
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment-
