Yoma Strategic Holdings (YSH) is a leading conglomerate in Myanmar specializing in six core areas: real estate, food & beverage, automotive, health care, travel and tourism and financial services. YSH is setting up a new staff Daycare Service for its employees. The Daycare Administration Manager will manage both the set up of the Daycare Service and the day-to-day management once the Daycare Service is operating.

Daycare Admin Manager Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the preparations for the Daycare Service, including hiring staff to take care of the children, planning and managing any renovations to the daycare facility, and planning and managing equipment and supply purchasing. This might include both desk and on-the-ground research
2. Managing the staff that take care of the children (~approximately 10 staff) once the service is operating
3. Developing an onboarding system for children and parents to the Daycare Service and manage the onboarding process once the service is operating
4. Developing internal marketing materials for the Daycare Service
5. Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
6. Develop policies and procedure and develop a comprehensive set of SOPs to ensure the smooth running of the day care and the service to the employees.

Job Requirements

1. Previous experience managing teams of at least 10 people
2. Previous experience in daycare, school, hospital or other medical business administration
3. Medical qualifications preferred
4. A proven ability to work independently and develop new products/services within a large organization
5. Strong project management skill
