Job Description

Modify and maintain oracle procedure, packages using PL/SQL

•            Prepare store procedure, function and schedule jobs, views, triggers

•            Day to Day Support to sales team, commercial team, call center

•            Install and upgrade the database server and application tools

•            Install Oracle Application Express application system

•            SMS, VIBER Integration with Third Party

•            Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales/Commercial Reporting

•            Prepare batch file for automation email

•            Perform statistical analyses of large data on call center agents and call center campaigns on Genesys

•            Analyst Call Center Outbound/Inbound call Result

•            Impact analyst SMS/Viber sending result

•            Analyst promotion renewal rate

•            Analyst specific communication (SMS/VIBER) renewal rate

•            Analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
