Job Description

Responsible for:

  • Maintain Accuracy Stock Movement Record 100% inventory Accuracy
  • To optimize warehouse Space Utilization
  • Proper All recording of all document concern with DC operation
  • Fire Safety Preventative Action and Compound Cleaning to check
  • Maintain Optimum Inventory with FIFO
  • Assist to DC Sr. Executive, DC Officer for Warehouse Expense within Budget.
  • Efficiently utilize company assets such as warehouse space, equipment, forklift etc..
  • Responsible for the day-to-day distribution center operation
  • Receiving to warehouse in-time and Stock keeping as per lay out Plan
  • Dispatching (loading to Truck) in time
  • To ensure Stock Accuracy at any point of the time
  • To minimize handling & Storage Damage
  • To optimize DC personal productivity
  • To do prompt corrective action, if any stock discrepancy found
  • Controlling operation personal.
  • Keep clean & safe to product which kept in warehouse.
  • To summit Inventory movement report on daily basis to related dept.
  • To submit productivity report, utilization report, damage record report on monthly & weekly as schedule.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2- years of experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Management with a medium to large company, preferable with Multi - National Company (MNC) with at least 2-years.
  • Knowledge of Customer Service & Sales policy
  • Knowledge of warehousing Management
  • Must have adequate knowledge & experience in up-to-date software system related to Supply Chain & Logistics.
  • Presentation Skills, Financial Management
  • Operation Management
  • Surveillance Skills, Inventory Control
  • Fluency in English
  • Must be computer literate and familiar with email, Microsoft Word and Excel ,Technology savvy
  • Should possess a recognized degree.
  • Certificate in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
  • Planning & organizing, Analytical thinking (mind) and Safety Management
  • Leadership, Persuasive and Sense of urgency
  • Must have adequate knowledge & experience in up-to-date software system related to Supply Chain & Logistics.
