Job Description

  1. Ensure New site roll out as per Customer requirement
  • Project Coordination & monitoring progress v/s Targets of Cluster Teams & TSP.
  • Building Capacity to deliver sites as per requirement by developing Cluster Teams   Vendors.
  • Ensure material availability by coordinating with SCM.
  • Drive Site Electrification within SLA by coordinating with vendors and EB
  • Ensure budgets for site delivery by Coordinating with Finance team.
  • Ensure Quality by implementing quality processes and coordinating with Quality Department.
  • Coordination with Acquisition for handover of sites & resolving issues on hold sites.
  • Vendor allocation as per performance evaluation & in consultation with SCM & Finance
  • Ensuring Sites Acquisition as per Project / Monthly Targets  .
  1. Inter functional deliverables
  • Cross functional co-ordination with CPC, Finance , Commercials , Sales
  •  Provide periodic feedback to SCM ,  Finance. HR  on Resource Utilization & requirement
  1. Team Development
  • Periodic discussion with team numbers and identifying development opportunities
  • Appropriate Training recommendations.
  1.  Customer satisfaction and Vendor management
  • Manage customer  expectations and ensure alignment between customer requirements
  • Ensure Speedy and Quality Delivery
  • Ensure proper support through concerned for timely RFI
  • Ensure continuous communication on site status through meetings, mail etc.
  • Partnering with vendors to ensure timely & quality delivery
  • Timely Vendor payments
  • Vendor Performance evaluation
  1. Driving Safety, Health and Environment Compliance
  • Building and sustaining  safety culture
  • Review of safety compliance related work- safety guidelines adherence
  • Driving business partner SHE compliance
  • Ensuring adequate safety trainings.

 

  1. Monthly revenue Planning and delivery
  • Monthly Revenue planning
  • Driving all Project Teams for achieving Monthly target
  • Regular Circulation of Update on achieved revenues
  • Ensuring Work Completion certificate sign off with customers and forwarding for invoicin
  1. Governance:
  • Consolidation of all Project progress/ Pending milestones
  1. Schedule Management:
  • Each Project Plan based on Milestone Durations
  • Milestone monitoring
  1. Financial Management:
  • IOU request Approval
  • Site wise expenses
  • Project level P&L
  1. Risk, Issue and Scope Management:
  • Risk Identification
  • Implementation of Processes in Field
  • Additional work completion/ invoicing records
  1. Resource Management:
  • Resource Task allocation ( planned)
  • Resource Utilisation
  1.  Quality Management: 
  • Adherence to Quality Process
  • Training on New quality Checks
  • Internal Audits

 

  1. Communications Management:
  • Employee Grievances
  • Cross Functional Communications Supplier Performance Analysis
  • Supplier performance scorecards

Experience Required: 20-25 years in telecom project rollout, turn key projcts, network planning & design, telecom infrastructure, experience in telecom Operation & Maintenance for active and passive Network,Telecom I&C and Passive infra project management

Industry: Telecom / Telecom Infrastructure / Telecom Services

Education: BE (Electronics & Telecommunication)

Base Location: Yangon
