Responsibility

• Checking the stock balance from relevant branches
• Responsible for regional warehouse demand and supply replenishment
• Close monitoring of regional inventory especially for A (stocked item) levels to ensure no stock out at all time
• Review and set up the safety stock level of stocked items to maintain optimal regional inventory level
• Monitor Strategic stock inventory levels to identify slow-moving/obsolete stocks
• Review and expedite open purchase orders with suppliers and update order status report to country customer service and sales
•  
• Ensure that all allocated orders are pushed out for shipment on-time
• Prepare monthly region inventory related reports to Management for review
• Stock allocation and dispatch for all of the relevant branches and distributors.
• Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
• Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing. (If needed)
• Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
• Coordinate regular inventory audits
• Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
• Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the Management.
• To control all branches inventory   level   not over and under
•  To check the inventory level of slow-moving items and near expiring items to liquidate before the expiring date.

Demand Planner   Requirements:

• Any Graduate.
• Advance excel must be require
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planner/inventory Management, logistics, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of Demand Planner/Inventory Management/software such as  ERP and MBC  Inventory.
•  Good analytical and demand planner/inventory thinking abilities.
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•   Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
•  Excellent time management and organizational skills.
