Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Purpose of the position

  • To ensure to maintain optimal stock level at the main warehouses and branches all the time.
  • To provide the best customer service at the lowest inventory level.

Principal responsibilities

  • Deployment of finished goods to and from (All BU products)
  • All main warehouses (MNB4, KSK, SPT, Baho, STL/SNK, CFPF, etc.)
  • All branches in LM and UM
  • Daily update of Branch Inventory Management file
  • Weekly update of near expiry product reports for both main warehouses and branches (All BU products)
  • Process write-off approval forms from all main warehouses and branches
  • Provide clerical and admin support to team
  • Order stationaries and liaison with other departments

Key result areas:

  • On-time and accurate inventory transfer
  • Order fulfilment
  • Inventory holding and stock out
  • Stock availability at the branches (Weighted Availability and Excessive)

Job Requirements

  • University graduate with 5 years of clerical and administrative experience
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Able to communicate to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Problem solving skill
  • Communicable in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advance Level, able to use Pivot table)
