Support to branch in charge for retail banking operations including administration, product sales, meet monthly targeted accordingly
Manage to all banking operations staffs to be met customer satisfaction level which laid down by management
Assist to Branch in charge for all necessary operations things according to existing Branch standard operating procedures
Manage to keep daily operations smoothly with other operation staffs as a team work
Frequently go market visit to be hit target and extend networking
Assist to Branch in charge up on requirements

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor Degree
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in branch management, as a bank manager or similar role
Leading Branch Operations
Excellent organizational skills
Results driven and customer focus
Deep understanding of financial products and services of Bank
Good computer skill (MS Applications and Email)
Good communication skill in both languages
