Sync with Field team, OSS team and Customer queries

Ensure on time response to Customer via mail, Viber, Whatsapp and on call by Individual & OSS co-worker

Follow up with field team Leaders about Incident restoration within 4 hrs.

Ensure and support field Team to get correct details with evidence from field teams for every single activity

Ensure OSS team shall communicate with Customers and field teams efficiently and share all necessary information to both on time.

Train & guide to field team whenever necessary to maintain the MTTR

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or Technical Degree (Bachelor of Engineering Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Information Technology)
  • Ability to work in a 24x7x365 department
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in Telecom Active Network OR
  • At Least 2-3 years' experience in Fiber Optics Network.
  • Self-driven improvement and welcomes new challenges
  • Personally invested in own technical growth
  • Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations
  • Good negotiation technical skill for Field Incident troubleshooting.
  • Good Understanding on Fiber incidents troubleshooting
  • Ability and willingness to recognize when it is necessary to escalate to internal superior for support.
  • Self-motivation and ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Sharing information and working collaboratively to achieve team goals
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment as well as alone
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be good in MS-Office
