Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Lead all aspects of the company’s technological development relating to outside plant optical fiber network (OSP) and company business.
  • Seek opportunities and steer customers’ expectations, improve customer perception and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure alignment between technology strategy and business strategy.
  • Routinely engage with Chairman, C-level executives for strategy consulting.
  • Coordinate with Commercial team for customer requirements, new PO confirmation, providing scope of work and design file
  • Coordinate with Procurement team for Materials requirement plan, new purchase request, subcontractor request, etc.
  • Organize effective resources to guarantee the success of the projects, check and sign on acceptance certificate, also manage to get sign from customers.
  • Provide technical solutions to both Project and O&M side.
  • Ensure the accuracy of database such as fiber route, duct pipe, fiber cable, fiber core, etc.

Job Requirements

  •  Associate’s Degree or Technical Degree (Bachelor of Engineering Electronics / Electrical)
  • Over 10 years' experience in Telecom Active Network OR
  • Over 10 years' experience in Fiber Optics Network.
  • Good Understanding on Fiber incidents troubleshooting
  • Must be good in MS-Office
  •  Age over 40 years old
  •  Manage both Project & O/M side
  •  Lead all aspects of the Company's Technological development
