  • Supervise the renewal of factory licenses.
  • Monitoring Waste management.
  • Liaison with township labor offices and government offices.
  • Necessary expenditures and departmental budgets are scrutinized and submitted to the top.
  • Must be able to lead your team.
  • Must be able to make the right decision.
  • Coordinate with relevant HoDs to ensure that employees comply with the rules and regulations set by the company.
  • Must be able to manage vehicle repairs, traffic and fuel consumption.
  • Must be able to manage infrastructure setup.
  • Must be able to deal with staffing issues in accordance with the law.
  • Must be able to communicate with government organizations & non-governmental organizations.
  • Must be able to resolve internal & external complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate, well known in HR & Admin management process , labour law, ISO, HACCP and GMP process.
  • Strong background in HR & Admin management with minimum (8) years of experience in progressively responsible leadership role preferably in consumer goods industry.
  • Age must be between from 40 to 50 years old.
