Job Description

Jobs & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR operations that includes Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Management, Training and Development and, Employee Relation and Engagement
  • Initiate compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan
  • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current Market.
  • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
  • Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data)
  • Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs
  • Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
  • Analyze job descriptions, job analyses and classifications
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
  • Forecast budget for salary increases
  • Advise on salary increase requests
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
  • Research job and worker requirements, structural and functional relationships among jobs and occupations, and occupational trends
  • Advise employees on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programs
  • Responsible for marking annual performance management
  • Responsible for HRIS implementation and Payroll Software

Job Requirements

Requirements
•    A degree holder and diploma in HRM
•    5-7 years of experience as a senior or Assistant Manager, preferably 5 years of MFI experiences with same position or senior officer level
•    Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software
•    Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
•    Good understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
•    Good analytical skills
•    Familiarity with labor legislation

•    Experience with employee engagement program
•    Good team work & Relationship management
•    Good English Communication skills
