• To administrate in preparation of setting, reviewing, monitoring and analyzing the KPIs of the department by coordinating with DGM,Dy-
• DGM and the Team Managers to ensure the developing of effective KPIs to connect to organizational and divisional objectives and KPIs.
• To monitor performance, record, analyze and distribute statistical information related to KPI Performance to prepare the monthly/quarterly/annual KPI achievement reports to Management and members in department
