Title: Junior Deputy Manager/Deputy Manager For CLP Promotion Department - Observe & Analysis (O&A) Team

 

>Observe and analyze competitors and cross-industrial market leaders ‘s initiative and report awareness and insight
>Run recurring, adhoc reports, visualization and dashboards
>Data importing, exporting and monitor the health, capacity and performance of database 
>Support in anonymize data and automate process
>Support to create, manage and track promotions and campaigns

>Execution

  • -Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy
  • -Commercial awareness for existing and expanding business of CLP

>Communications

  • -Convey information to all key stakeholders in both written and verbal formats
  • -Determine and utilizes the appropriate communication channels

>Individual & Team Management

  • -Motivate and inspire oneself 
  • -Team-player who can also work independently
  • -Builds relationships within and outside the team

Job Requirements

>Strong attention to detail and able to convey information comprehensively
>Excellent communication skills and logical reasoning
>Good  in either SQL, MySQL or Python 
>Being constant, supportive and good  concentration
>Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel, power point, Outlook, Microsoft Team)
>Degree in Computer Science, or technical field
>Hand-on experience with data virtualization tools such as power BI, tableau
>Having experience with ETL development is a plus
