Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Plan and Check for POSM with marketing team about Production and Qualification.
  • Check POSM Stock (Weekly, Monthly)-report Weekly.
  • Draw POSM delivery plan (align with Marketing Team).
  • KYC Change, Solving & Checking customer complaints from Call Center.
  • Collect competitor information analysis.
  • Chain Store Branding Checking.
  • Monthly checking for chain store’s outlets activeness, Web portal training.
  • Merchant account management (Active, Pending active, Dormant) checking with Operation.
  • Report to Merchant PIC & Discuss with internal team.
  • Introduce MPT PAY B2B physical services to potential business partners to meet their expectations
  • Looks for opportunities to grow B2B business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives
  • Grow customer lifetime value, and increase the share of MPT PAY B2B partners and wallet customers; in turn, growing customer retention through the executing sales and marketing campaigns
  • The deep analysis on operational issues to produce solutions and analysis on relevant data & making graph & PPT material& excel in B2B merchant area.
  • Assist to senior manager to develop on creation sales material including presentations, contract, etc.
  • Contribute to B2B team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Report and clearly communicate status and objectives to management, identifying road blockers, risks, and Opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Experience in handling B2B corporate sales
  • Excellent negotiation skills and high ability in business communication with Management level
  • Ability to deliver results to meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of trends and themes in payments and commerce Banking and mobile financial service experience and know– how preferable
  • Good English language is required
  • Very good knowledge and presentation skills using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
