Deputy Manager For Partner Support Center
Min Education Level
> Conduct telephone calls to customer directly and partner company to negotiate and arrange the installation schedule.
> Receive the inquiry and/or complaint from Sales Channel and find the solution and instruct to caller.
> Need to negotiate and persuade customer.
> Have possibility to work in weekend and/or holiday as shift time work.
> Use system and record the conversation with customer and report to manager as instructed.
> Can be requested to do data analysis.
> Better to have knowledge and/or experience of call center operation.
> Will use excel, power point, email system and specific system for daily work.
