Conduct performance review with RM/ RCL/ Dy RCL/ TCL/ RDR on regional sales KPIs, targets, monthly incentives, seasonal schemes & special programs
Sales Management of Regional Team and Distributors
Owning sales KPIs of Regional Teams and Local DTRs.
Communication of KPI Targets and Programs. Track accordingly to achieve the sales targets.
Regional engagement & support
Plan and execute Market visit, training, events etc, to enhance the sales
Empower regional team by supporting them solving issues highlighted
Market intelligence
Monitor channel’s sales situations and competitors’ movements
Driving & tracking targets – Explanation of monthly sales programs and KPIs. Track sales performance to micro level. Review the achievement to determine DTR performance.
Operational Support – Monitor stock level and recommend adequate purchase. Coordinate trainings for Sales Staffs. Address complaints from DTR / DSP to relevant departments. Manage communication between Regional Team and DTR.
Distributor support - Work closely with DTR to ensure alignment on efforts and prioritization. Lead and Support in DTR Onboarding and Exit
Analytical ability
Ability to analyze large sets of data (historical trends and projections) and come up with clear actionable points
Communication skills
Strong communication skills and able to communicate maturely with Regional Teams and DTRs
