An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • To assist senior management on corporate governance policies, compliance of law, regulations, tax matters, legal rights.
  • To prepare agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
  • Standardising existing common legal documents, such as NDA, MOU, lease, contracts with supplier, etc.
  • Arranging and assessing the terms all types of legal documents like contracts, leases, licenses, sales, purchases and projects, etc.
  • To assist the trial courts
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties such as regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.
  • Collect information and evidences to help the management make decisions.
  • Any other jobs assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 - 5 year(s) of relevant experience.
• Any graduated with Diploma in Business law (or) LL.B and LL.M will be an advantage.
• Familiar with the Microsoft Office.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial and corporate law
• Able to work independently, manage and motivate team.
• Good negotiation skills for dealing with new and existing customers.
• Good interpersonal relationship and leadership skills.
• Good written English and effective verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge and understand management tools.
