• Coordinate with Team Manager, Department Manager and perform tasks in operation system development.• Administration of change management for OSS tools which had been implemented such as FM( Fault Management System)• System design for Resource Management System• Design and Implement the Robotic Process Automation of FTTH(Fiber to the home ) service using the UiPath.• Conduct a meeting with related teams regarding new requirement of OSS. • Manage the system development (Vendor discussion, Infrastructure design, Requirement survey)• Plan/decide how to design new system and keep existing systems in good quality• Vendor Management• Approve incident report from staffs and explain it to customers

• English level (Upper-Intermediate) and higher
